- A: You may pay your monthly bill on the visible Website or app! Both work perfectly fine.

 

- Q: Can I get a custom name/pass on the Hotspot?

 

- A: Yes this is 100% not an issue, just message me if interested in doing so before shipment.

 

- Q: Can I Cancel my services?

 

- A: Yes! It’s 100% Prepaid you may simply cancel your service by not paying your monthly bill or Canceling it Via the Visible Wireless App!

(1) Any devices that were damaged or tampered with or show any signs of damage or being tampered with will not be refunded.

 

(2) Any orders made to test out the service, hotspot, will be cancelled and not refunded.

(3) All Mobile Hotspot devices are tested before shipment if the hotspot doesn’t reach higher than 5mbps make sure to do some simple steps to ensure that the device is getting good signal bars.

 

(4) If the unit isn’t working properly or somehow got damaged during shipment, I’ll replace it with a different unit but same model.
